About this job
Neway is one aluminum bicycle frame factory located in Hangzhoubay new district. Every year, Neway exports more than a hundred thousand frames to major players in European countries. The Project Assistant is one part of sales team(Export sales). You will assist project manager to make every project a success.

What are you going to do?
1. Monitor key milestones and deadlines against the planned schedule, flagging any delays or potential risks promptly.
2. Track task progress by coordinating with team members to gather updates, ensuring timely completion of assigned work.
3. Maintain and update the project timeline documents.
4. Work with project manger on project quotation.
5. Join weekly meeting with project manager together. Report project status to customer.
6. Assist project manager to prepare different kinds of documents: PFEMA, QCP, PFD, PSW, etc.

Your background
1. Mechanical engineering is preferred.
2. Good written and spoken English. CET-6 is required.
3. Enthusiastic about learning.
